About The Evans-Whitehead-Hart-Boyd Family tree
I, Lynette (nee Whitehead) have created this family tree for my children and grand children. Although I was born in Otaki New Zealand, all my children now live in Australia, where all of my five grand children were born.
This was the birth place of my father, (Hurstville, Sydney), so it seems fitting that we all ended up living here, even though my mother was born in Wellington, New Zealand. Her parents emigrated from Bedfordshire,England and ran a 'dairy' in Island Bay in Wellington and eventually moved to a small farm near Otaki. My mother, Kate's (nee Hart)ancestors came from Bedfordshire. My father grew up in Leura,New South Wales, Australia. His mother was born in Rockhampton and married my grandfather who eventually took his family to live in NZ where he was an evangelist for the Brethren church. All his family lived in Kent, England. I have been back to see my ancestors graves and whose names are recorded in this family tree, dating back to 1775, thus far.

There are several ways to browse the family tree. The Tree View graphically shows the relationship of selected person to their kin. The Ancestor Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph above and children below. On the right are the parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. The Descendant Chart shows the person you have selected in the left, with the photograph and parents below. On the right are the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Do you know who your second cousins are? Try the Kinship Relationships Tool. Your site can generate various Reports for each name in your family tree. You can select a name from the list on the top-right menu bar.

In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool.
